Academy of Hope Adult Public Charter School (AoH) invites qualified individuals or firms to submit proposals to provide knowledge management services focused on the documentation, verification, and improvement of our Standard Hope Operating Procedures (SHOPS), collectively known as “The AoH Way.” This project will support our mission to empower adult learners by ensuring our organizational practices are well-documented, replicable, and sustainable.

Academy of Hope Public Charter School (“AoH”) is issuing this Request for Proposal to engage civil, structural, and geotechnical design engineer(s) to design, prepare permit documents, and perform construction administration services for the repair of an existing parking lot as well as the replacement of approximately 100 LF of an existing CMU retaining wall located at 2315 18th Place NE, Washington DC.
AoH is seeking a contract with an Engineering Consulting Firm(s) for services from December 2025 through October 2026.
