Hope Forward Alumni Program
Program
Hope Forward is a six-month alumni transition program designed to support graduates as they move from completion into postsecondary education, training, and sustainable careers.
Delivered through a cohort-based model, the program begins with a 12-week intensive phase in which participants engage in college and career-readiness workshops, individualized coaching, and peer navigation.
In the second phase, participants receive targeted coaching and technical assistance aligned to their next step, whether enrolling in college or training, entering apprenticeships or internships, or moving into or advancing in the workforce.
